The State Inn Motel

Rudest person I have ever met! Would give 0 stars if I could. Called about availability on a busy weekend several months in advance. He said they weren’t available. I asked if they were sold out or not released yet. He told me “. If we don’t have any, we don’t have any! Listen to your question!” I tried to explain. He wouldn’t let me. I told him he was being rude and he hung up on me. Wow!!!

Nice motel. Clean and best nightly rate around. Friendly staff. Danny and his wife Briana go the extra step to make things pleasant. Close to downtown and WSU. They welcomed out pet. The motel is nothing fancy but a great place to stay, Again the staff was great and the simple breakfast was just right to start the day. We will be back and recommend to everyone.

We have stayed here for football games. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Rooms are basic, but WAY better than Cougarland. Nice location close to restaurants and bars. You can book online for busy weekends and we’ve never had a problem getting a room if we jump online well in advance, like when the football schedule comes out.

Liked the quaintness of the room. It was clean and quiet. Other reviews said the manager was rude. I liked his overbearing and sarcastic nature. I didn't see a phone in the room, but who really needs one nowadays. Bed was comfy, lots of pillows. Could have used a tv guide of some sort. All in all a great trip to my daughters graduation.

No nonsense motel. Simple, comfy and close to everything in Pullman. Hard to find a better value. This is not a 3, 4 or 5 star chain Hotel so keep that in mind with your expectations. What it is will suit your needs while providing an ideal location.
