I brought my bicycle in recently for some maintenance work and to evaluate an issue with the breaks. The staff was very friendly and helpful, pricing was reasonable, and they had my bike back to me the same day I dropped it off. The breaks work perfectly now, and my bike now rides as smoothly as the day I bought it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their bicycle!
Went to B&L to buy bike shoes. The store had a good selection, and the sales person, Sean, was friendly and knowledgeable. We got just what we wanted for a reasonable price.
Brice and company have an exceptional shop here in Pullman. In 14 years I have not had a bad experience in sales or service at B&L Bicycles.
