The 2 reasons for 2 stars one for the location is excellent and they gave me a bed to sleep.nRoom was too hot and AC had to no option to cool the room. Not much supplies provided by the hotel. Everything is very old. I had a hard time to sleep in there.
It is okay. Renovated and clean. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but had a very strong smoke smell. All of clothes still smelled of smoke when we opened our bags the next night at a different hotel.
Very quiet with a beautiful country side setting while still in the city
No swimming pool or hot tub or they would have a higher rating
The room was not cleaned after the first night but we were told the room would be cleaned at 10 next morning. No one showed up. When I went to the office complain the “manager” was indifferent. When someone finally showed up only exchanged the sheets (not blankets) and the towels. Nothing else was touched. The coffee machine didn’t work. Large groups of sketchy people gathered in the parking lot. Woke up morning two to have police arresting someone. Room not cleaned again after second night.
