Atmosphere always carries the top competitive and quality gear and ay fair price, as well as frequent sales that can save you a lot of cash, saved several hundred dollars when me and my partner put together a backpacking kit recently. the staff are always very knowledgeable and Matt and Brandon always go above and beyond, they spent a lot of time going over things and answering questions and helping us save money anytime they could. definitely recommend this store to anyone.
The storemanager (Brandon) has a great customer-service, I was unhappy of somecustomerservice, he listened to me patiently and gently ,then tried to find a solution to solve the problem. He was so helpful and nice.Honestly I was happy and thankful of atmospher’s customerservice. He did great. Thank you
Manager went the extra mile sat on hold for a half hour in order to order me a pair of shoes.nApparently they had just been discontinued and we're being transferred to their wholesaler.nHe contacted them and had a pair sent to the store much appreciated.
Decent selection, solid customer service.
Mat/Matt was extremely helpful when we came in and found us a great deal and the product we wanted which we would have most likely missed without his help. He made our overall shopping experience much more enjoyable and I would gladly shop again especially with him.
