I used to go to this store regular basis to buy different things for running. They have the same inventory every time I go there. I find nothing to buy, just look around and leave. But thing is the security approaches every time if I take time to look around. Don't go there if you don't want to be treated like a potential thief. Go to Langley or Vancouver, they have much more selections and feel free to look around and choose what you want.

Clean, organized and great staff. Stock was low but that's to be excepted near the end of a huge sale. Staff was super helpful helping get what I needed ordered online, with free shipping!

Went there to try to find some running shoes. It was hard to find any staff to try on shoes. Other people from the men's shoe side also seemed like they were looking for help. When I finally tracked someone down to ask about one type, she said they didn't have any in my size and then basically walked away. I wanted to ask about other styles but she walked away before I could even ask about them. She didn't say anything about being busy, which I would have understood, it just seemed like she didn't care. I decided to purchase shoes elsewhere.

Store was a mess. Low supplies. Staff didn't say anything wondering around the store.

I called in to reserve a pair of boots based on a price match to another retailer. I was told over the phone the day before the pickup was scheduled that they were able to match the price of the other retailer so I was excited to get the boots. When I showed up they told me they could not do the price matching because the color was different, even though it was the exact same boot model as the one on sale at the other retailer, just a different colorway. The manager should have told me this when i called in the day before. They already knew what was discussed and looked up the other pair that were on sale. Wasted my time and will not be getting any further business from me. they lost out on $1000 in sales from me today as I was going to pick up some helly hansen clothing as well. Too bad the management is rude and the communication is so poor.
