I have ridden various Kona bikes for almost 15 years. However, when we reached out to the company to ask if we could visit the headquarters for a tour they went from aloof to unresponsive after they promised to follow up with me. Compared to the half dozen other bike/parts manufacturers we have visited that was not at all what we expected. Everyone else was friendly and excited/eager to teach us about what makes their products unique. I have never needed to work with Kona directly before, but this experience will certainly have me shopping around at other brands for my new 2020 bike.
