Wonderful help over the phone. They spent the time to make sure I was getting the right tires for my mountain bike and road bike. Great suggestions.
I'm unhappy. The tire that I received was the wrong size. When I tried to call about it, I was given another number to call that didn't work. How frustrating. So I went to the international site and got a different number. That one said they were closed even though it was 9:30 PDT on Monday morning. Accessed the order desk and got yet another recording. This is below average service. I'm used to much better.
A total pleasure to deal with. Friendly and knowledgeable, customer focused. Outstanding.
