Sandcastle At Birch Bay

I visited some friends that were staying there. I was very impressed! Super clean and high end. Rooms seem to be set up for longer stays with Washer and drier and full kitchens with dish washers and residential refrigerators. Would certainly be a comfortable place to stay

Friendly staff clean rooms wish the amenities were open but went during the pandemic so i get it

Mother and father in law stayed here for a visit. It was impressively clean and well maintained. Their room was a good size with a nice kitchen and dining area.

This was our first time staying in Birch Bay, but this most certainly won't be our last. The building could use a few small updates here and there, and there was one elevator that sounded like metal on metal rubbing every time it moved, but these were little in the grand scheme of things. Overall, the resort has a really warm home away from home feel. The view was beautiful, and strolling the beach was so wonderful! The staff there is one of a kind though, and very accommodating. Everyone there was so warm, and welcoming. We felt like we were amongst friends and family. Thank you so much for helping create such great memories for our anniversary! We look forward to coming back again some time very soon!
