Ocean Promenade Hotel

We always book very early, book with the front desk, pay extra to ensure a view room and have never been disappointed. It is a bargain for a beach view room. This is not a chain hotel. The only reason I don't give it five stars relates to, of all things, the location. The touristy part of town is almost a mile north and parking there is limited. This is a place where Canadians go for a good time. We love it and the hotel is a good part of the reason. Of course it's not a Hilton resort! And I love it for that.

Wonderful clean hotel. I am disabled and the disabled amenities were awesome. Nice quiet stay away for a few days while some work was being done at home. We have nice little escape now when we want to get away. Coffee was great, room was wonderful. Staff was fantastic. Look forward to staying again. Loved this place.

It was a great visit. The views are amazing. The room was superb. All you could ask for for a romantic stay. We are definitely going back there. The only con is that there is a cafe in the hotel but it doesn't offer room service. But other than that it was great.

Soon as we checked in. All covid measures were being followed. Staff was super welcoming and informative. Underground parking provided. We stayed on the 1st floor ocean view room beautifully appointed. 2 fireplaces .Room was large, kitchen had all the amenities nice balcony. Large master suite with awesome jacuzzi tub. All in all it was a great experience, will definitely be back

My husband and i stayed at the Ocean Promenade for our wedding anniversary last weekend. What a wonderful time! The room was spotless, the towels white and fluffy, comfy beds, spotlessly clean and fresh bedding. The front desk staff were so friendly and polite! We will 100% stay there again...only we will be bringing our car next time.. our truck was too tall to get in the underground parking! ud83dude02
