springhill suites

Upon arrival, the room has not been dusted, dirty mirrors, dirty walls from previous stays. Costumer service is also lacking.

The staff is always friendly. Things are a little different here due to covid 19 but you get what you need and hotel feel clean and safe.

Very nice hotel. Beds are in a separate section with a wall in between a sitting area. Very clean and like the fact that the shower is separate from the toilet! Staff is very nice.

The experience I expect from a Springhill Suite.
