Fairly decent hotel! ud83cudfe8 Two minutes down the road off of i-5 ud83dudee3ufe0f which is super convenient. And the price ud83dudcb2 was right on top of using some rewards that I had. Well, this place is most definitely a hotel that needs a complete renovation. The lobby lights were just being changed to LED while we were there. The carpet in the room is old, the drapes are old. The bed is atrocious--the frame sticks out and cuts you in the ankles. The spa tub took 20 minutes to fill because it has a small faucet such as used for a sink. The front door is chained closed at night so we had to use the side doors with our swipe card. Three times out of 12 nights the swipe card didn't work. We had to go to the front desk to have card keys reactivated. A few days there we arrived late at night after a hard day of work and room had not been cleaned. OK, no big deal I can sleep in the same bed...but no fresh towels. And this is after I have over $30 in tips to the cleaning service--$5 to $10 per day. While the front desk staff were nice and helpful it's just not the place I could stay for nearly two weeks. Now we know why it was cheaper than other hotels.

Do yourself a favor and stay at a different hotel if you're coming to Bellingham. This place was disgusting, the walls are gross, rooms are shabby, and the whole place stinks. The staff were pleasant but I do not trust the cleanliness of this place at all, especially during a pandemic you'd think they would prioritize that.

I booked for four days. Day two there was no service to my room. Upon contact with the front desk I was unable to get coffee for the next morning. Ok place for the money, but no great deal.

Great place, nice staff. The family enjoyed.
