Our 1-bedroom suite has been excellent. There were not enough bath towels upon arrival, and toilet tissue and paper towels were nearly out, but front desk gave us more right away. Staff are universally friendly and professional except for one person who is on duty at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, offerings are very good for the COVID era. Microwavable fast food packaged items, cereal, juice, granola bars, yogurt, muffins, coffee. The only vegetarian breakfast protein was packaged hard boiled eggs, but that's OK. Overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

The hotel was pretty new and clean. Staff was really awesome. The rooms are sleek and comfortable. However, the bed had no support and I had a hard night sleep on it. It sagged in the middle and the pillows were also lumpy and uncomfortable.nI mentioned this to the staff, and they apologized and made it right with a room comp. If the beds were better I’d give it 5 stars.

One of the best customer service, I've ever seen. Lots of food coffee fruit sandwiches muffins, Gatorade , milk , pop, , juice anything you want all night long. (Free). Yes it's about 120, or lower a Night , the rooms are fantastic, not only do you have a bed TV but you have a little living room area too, well worth it.

I almost never write reviews but had such a good experience I feel I need to. Our family of 4 was nervous to travel in this day with COVID-19 but took our chances and stayed here a few nights and were so glad we did. The hotel implemented several changes that made us feel they were doing everything to keep us safe, from having 6 days between guests in the rooms, having a seal on the doors to know it was cleaned, having reservations for the pool and masks for everyone in public areas. Other hotels we have stayed in during our trip have not been so clean, had a good selection of breakfast items, had the pool or fitness center open, or have the nice staff that the home2suites did. Thank you so much to this hotel for helping to make our few days in Bellingham the best of our trip around Washington and Oregon!

The manager (Sara) was fantastic and went over and beyond to make sure my family stay went perfectly, cannot thank these guys enough for the excellent level of hospitality delivered! Nick was extremely friendly helping shuttle everywhere while also giving key tips on how to get around the city. Craig made sure that the reservation details were all updated for a smooth check-in, overall the team at this location worked seamlessly together! Definitely will be returning here and recommending to friends travelling!
