No breakfast right now due to CoViD, but usually good variety, service, and taste. I hope they will add a grab-and-go or other alternative until they can reopen the buffet.nI love the rooms, especially on the top floor. They just don't feel like hotel rooms-much homier.nVery comfortable mattresses and pillows.nAlmost never any noise from outside the room, even though they are just off I-5.
We are still currently dealing with this situation. I do not recommend staying here unless you want to deal with, 1. roaches 2. being given a room that someone is already in 3. having them call the cops on you when they won't refund you. We found a roach in our room on our second night, the next morning(today) we went and asked for a room change, the room they changed us to had someone else in it. They were laying in bed watching tv when we walked in. To give all the facts my partner did yell at the front desk guy but who wouldn't be angry in that situation and he calmed down when asked to calm down. We decided to sit in the lobby until the guy called the manager or owner and he kept saying he would not and then called the cops because we wouldn't leave the lobby til he called the manager. All we want is a refund for our last night since we have not stayed in a room yet. We do not want to stay here anymore you can keep the money for the two nights we did stay we just want one for tonight the night we haven't stayed yet. Will try to post pictures of the roaches.

Do.Not.Stay.Here.n(Unless you like irrefutable charges, rude managers, or sub-par rooms with over-sized beds, this is your safe haven!)nnI repeat: DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.nnUnless, if you like getting charged smoking fees over $150 by a manager that refuses to communicate with you, due to the presumption made that because you’re of a different skin tone than our president, there’s no way to argue out of it. “Why, because of his complexion... it must have been Newport’s!” Overall, I haven’t had very many good experiences with best western (been double charged for one stay, took over a week to come back in card - almost couldn’t pay rent). But this one takes the cake!nnTuesday check-in: Guy up front could irritate the dead with his stoic, careless demeanor - But this wasn’t a blind date, so I wasn’t complaining.nnWednesday night after checkout: Same manager named Adner (after calling night crew to find out; because I wasn’t even notified, ha!) charged me for ‘smoking marijuana and cigarettes”. Here lies the plethora of “plot holes” with this story:nnI don’t smoke cigarettes, my family has suffered from lung problems/died from cancer so I definitely don’t!nnI don’t smoke marijuana in hotels, which of course can’t be ‘proven’ without 24/7 surveillance - so I would’ve taken the L for this, considering I (room location) was right by the outside smoking areas, so wrong place wrong time, right?nnBut this fool, said he has pictures of cigarette butts in the toilet! I don’t even smoke to thrown em in there! Hung up on me after I kept asking him for the corporate number, or for anyone higher up than him. On behalf me being “too loud”, when really it was me trying to talk over the guy not letting me finish my statements (see; 2020 presidential debate for reference).nnTl;dr stayed one night im a rewards member manager dude tried saying I smoked when I don’t smoke cigs and don’t smoke weed at hotels (I just go the f*ck home like a normal human?lol) there at.all. and hung up on me, refusing to answer my other multiple attempts to resolve this by ignoring my future calls to the place. So I’m hoping corporate resolves this better than this figurehead did.
The room was gross! We arent the type to leave negative reviews unless we were really dissatisfied. I had faith that they would be cleaner than usual because of covid but it seems like they dont care and now im not so sure they even wiped down all the surfaces usually touched by people. There was weird gunk on the ceilings, around the mini fridge was disgusting, the shower looked like it had mild spots, no laundry bag, no discount for not having breakfast, and the outlet didnt work.
