My 83 yr old father lives here and while a clean and fairly nice, they raise the rent on their spaces regularly and are now over $700 per month just for the lot the mobile homes sit on!nAfter buying a mobile home there just 2 years ago, he now must sell and find another place to live.
Found a new home here. The place is very quiet and clean. The people I've met so far are very kind and friendly. I love it.
I would skip the estate sale that they have every Friday because it's a shamola.. cute little mobile home park for the 55 and overcrowd close to shopping and if you're in the mobile home estates I can't think of a better place for you.
