When I need to run away from home for the night this is the choose to run to. It is centrally located, one of the least expensive hotels however the quality of the rooms and level of cleanliness make it the best deal for your dollar in town. Hotel front desk staff is inconsistent in the provided level of service. The excellent ones will price match, will go out of their way to ensure that you are happy with your stay, and if you ask politely and kindly they will also give you a late check out that is so late in the day that I've never heard any other hotel/motel ever providing a check out that late in the day. Our experience started from the check-in with a smooth transition into the room. There was no wait at the front desk and the lady kindly answered all of our questions. The room itself was spacious and had vinyl flooring making it easy to lug in our suitcases. The bathroom was large enough for all of our needs. The bed provided us a comfy night of sleep. The reason I wouldn’t give my hotel experience 5 stars is because there was trash on top of the television cabinet from the last people that stayed in that room. Otherwise, I would recommend to friends and family. Affordable pricing right now because they don’t offer complimentary breakfast.

Good value, clean, safe and dog friendly. Near a loud road but the fan covered the noise. The bathroom was showing some wear but it was clean. No breakfast due to covid, but we had a surprise microwave in our room. Walking distance to several restaurants and right across the road from the grocery store. The room was small, but it had a desk and a table with two chairs. Very soft comfy bed. Decent base for hiking or exploring Bellingham.

You certainty get what you pay for staying here. The front office was well kept and the person checking us in was friendly. However, as soon as we got to our room and opened the door, our nostrils were blasted with a lingering cigarette stench. The room was not cleaned completely; there was a key card left behind and surfaces appeared to have not been wiped down. I have never been so disappointed walking into a hotel room. We ended up staying at a friends house because this place was not going to be an option for us. I paid for a room we never used. Reviews on this place are misleading. Buyer Beware.
