My cycling posse drive 90 minutes to get service here. I set up everything over email in advance. Great stock of good bikes too. One of the few that carry brands like Scott and Cervello. Great communication and friendly, honest service. Highly recommend. Worth a drive from Northeast PA or even Philly.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with my shifter and brought the bike down 15 minutes prior to closing. The fixed my issue right away.

This shop damaged my wheel by performing a service improperly. Now, they are refusing to correct this error, stating that it was “my fault” for buying a wheel set. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere - literally anywhere else- for your bike.

I purchased a new 2018 Scott Genius 920 bike from the Velo Shop. I don't live in the area and was unable to see the bike in person. Becky at the Velo Shop answered all my questions and concerns regarding purchasing over the phone. She was professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The bike was shipped and arrived as expected in perfect condition. This bike is beautiful and I'm very satisfied with the service I received regarding my purchase. If I'm ever in Pennsylvania I'm stopping in at the Velo Shop to thank them. Tom from NH

I used to have low back and knee pain anytime I rode farther than 30-40 miles. A bike fit from Becky was a game changer - the low back pain vanished over night and my knee pain was dramatically better. A few weeks ago I finished my first Ironman in Lake Placid.
