Trek Bicycle Pottstown

Today was my first experience with Trek Bike Went for a standard bike repair. Didn't expect much interaction...nIt was immediately apparent to me that the service team here is attentive & knowledgeable. I was treated with genuine respect, with kindness and an overall concern for my safety.nA pleasant surprise!nJoe was who I dealt with. Top notch! (Thanks!)

Very happy to get bike serviced. It was a gift. Never had it serviced. Mike is great. I think prices are fair ud83eudd14 not sure never took my bike to a trek dealer. Im happy that's what matters.nHere i come trails ready for a workout

Needed a new frame and Mark was awesome! He is a master bike mechanic who provided expert service and advice. He also kept me informed on when the service would be completed. I went to Trek bikes (admittedly) with my tail between my legs after unsuccessfully trying to remove a frozen pedal from my (not even trek) bike. As a service professional, I know these kinds of jobs can be a pain, especially after the customer messes it up beyond any reasonable means, like I did. The techs at Trek were able to find the parts I needed for my somewhat dated bike, (again, not even a trek bike!) and got me back riding again. The repair cost much less than I expected and was done quickly. When it's time to replace my bike, or if I need service again, I will be returning. Great experience.

Clean store, good social distancing and PPE are apparent. Friendly, knowledgeable sales and repair folks! Reasonable repair costs. Solid selection of bikes, gear, and accessories.
