Went there at about 9:45 pm on 8/3/2020 Waiting in line at cashier for about 15 minutes I get to the cashier I ask for two of the joints just like I always do every single time I go in there and usually the cashier always just grabs the joints I ask for Rings me out and I leave. Instead the cashier very lazily and rudely said oh you have to go be helped somewhere else and then you can come back here and buy them from me. after 20 minutes of waiting in line I decided to leave the store and made a decision to write this review. And I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but when someone treats me that rudely then yes I’ll be more than happy to write a review. Young boys like this ruin small businesses very easily. Horrible customer service skills and a sense of entitlement will run most your customers away. The kid working behind the counter was rude lazy but yet spoke with an air of authority and superiority. The funny thing is is what I wanted was right below his right hand! Apparently this kid is too over qualified for this position. Maybe another four years in college will do it for him.

my favorite store for many reasons.... Management and staff are top notch. fantastic friendly knowledgeable service. always helpful store atmosphere always lively and fun!! this store really appreciates its customers also!! right now during the pandemic they have a great online and curbside service that I really recommend everyone use to help keep all of our favorite budtenders safe!! if you haven't shopped here I highly recommend that you do the selection is huge and prices are good!
