JB's Bike Shop

I would definitely recommend JB's Bike Shop. They did a fine job revitalizing my bike so it is ready to ride and they were very responsive and friendly. I found the shop had a nice selection of bikes and accessories as well so I added a quality seat and helmet to my purchase!

if your new to bikes this is a good place to go. it was my first time in a bike shop.nall the staff were very nice and helpful if you have any questions dont be afraid to ask. also its a really nice clean place and i will be back for my future needs as a bicyclist. I called asking for a bike with certain specs and mentioned a certain bike that I know has what I’m looking for, but wanted to hear what he offers that has similar specs, price doesn’t matter. He told me he doesn’t sell the bike I mentioned (again I was asking for certain specs and wanted to see what my options were, price doesn’t matter) and he also said to “just get a bike, any bike” and hung up. If it wasn’t COVID I would have just gone to the shop and looked but I don’t know if they are just doing pickup because many bike places are. I can’t just get a bike without knowing what they have and I wasn’t even given a chance to ask if I can walk through the store or if it’s order and pick up only, but at this point even if I could, I wouldn’t go there anyway because I feel like if I came in and asked questions I would be given the same attitude. I was going to drive an hour to get there but I’ll find business elsewhere where I’m appreciated and the employees are helpful. I know what I want but don’t know every brand in the world sorry I don’t know everything, guess that’s why I don’t work at a bike shop but you can’t expect customers to know everything. That’s the employees job. Also, I would get fired at my job if I talked to anyone like that.
