Great Pharmacy and staff. I always receive exceptional service. It always feels great to support local family owned businesses.
I switched to Dougs about a year ago and always had a good experience until recently. My insurance changed which resulted in problems with getting my prescriptions filled. I know this isn’t the pharmacy’s fault but I expected and feel like I deserved a little help and instead got attitude from the young woman behind the counter. If this is indicative of the type of service I’ll be getting in the future I’ll definitely be switching back to Rite Aid.nnUpdate:nnI have since been contacted by the pharmacy, they have apologized and assured me that they will address the issue. I was in there again recently and had exceptional service.
Very accommodating staff, so happy to have this establishment available to my family. I was delighted to find a wonderful selection of holistic remedies in the store as well. Local legends that go the extra mile for their customers.
Doug's is the cutest! Very friendly staff, cute gifts and trinkets inside, and reasonably priced!
