Store phone is off - they don’t have any inventory. When you combine those two things it’s incredibly easy to waste people’s time. I don’t like having my time wasted I explained that at the store and the lady totally blew off what I was saying to her. I’ve been a customer for 6 years and this place has lost my business

They don’t allow you into the store...My wife was at the bookstore so I thought I might try on some helmets because mine is getting quite old and may have taken a hit or two, but they have a sign that says Outside Shopping only , or something very similar. Thankfully I found a bench not far away that allowed me to compare many different helmets on many different online bike shops, with many reviews. I ended up buying one for a bit more than I was hoping too, but it looks like it’ll be perfect for the type of riding I do, and it came with free return shipping if it doesn’t meet my expectations.nnMy guess is that the bike shops that don’t want customers in the stores are experimenting with the best method to quickly destroy the one reason why a person might choose to buy from a brick and mortar store...I think Fairview Bicycles will be successful at destroying their business.

I highly recommend this bike shop. The staff is very approachable and friendly! The owners commute to work via bike. How cool is that?! My bike has always been repaired in a reasonable amount of time and I have never once been disappointed with the service. What else does one need?

Well worth the drive from Seattle! I wanted to demo a Specialized Creo e-assist bike and this shop was the only one that had a bike and would allow a real demo. Matt was responsive, knowledgeable, and upbeat. He made sure he had my current bike measurements in advance, so the Creo was ready to go and the fit was perfect. Seriously, he could not have done anything more to make it easy to do this demo. If you're looking for an awesome bike shop, you've found it here. As an aside, riding the Creo e-assist bike was great. It delivered everything the ads promise, and it brings a new level of fun to riding. Be sure to call this bike shop if you need a bike!
