The folks at Trek Bellingham provided me with a pleasant new bike day experience from the moment I walked in the door. Every associate had a great energy, attitude, eagerness to help me, and a clear passion for bicycles. After finding the best bike for me, they went beyond the call of duty to set me up with some essential accessories, and even cut my handlebars down to a comfortable width for my body geometry. They also gave me recommendations on good trails in the area, and offered further technical support over the phone the next day when I called with a tech question about my new steed. Tyler was super helpful! He quickly helped me pick out the items I needed and was able to explain to me how I could fix my flat tire myself. My bike is back in working order and ready for safe night riding!
