I cannot believe anyone would give this shop anything less than 5 stars. Solid customer service. Really friendly. Fixed me setup after I completely destroyed my rear derailleur. This is the type of shop I would just spend hours hanging out at. Sick old bikes. Great one of a kind shop.
Great people! I had a bit of a time finding it, however. The address is down an alley...ud83eudd37♀ufe0f.. Anyway I told Alex what I wanted in a bike, and he had no doubt they could make a bike to fit my needs. I had also spoken with Kyle. Both very nice. Made me feel heard and valued. Can't say that about R.E.I when looking for a bike. Wasn't impressed with the sales representative that day (Bellingham, bikes section). But we are enduring difficult times, and maybe that just wasn't a great day for him. Anyway all ends well here! Let's keep this business in business. Maybe consider buying a bike from these great folks here at the Hub.
Kyle is super knowledgeable and very helpful. I was about to buy a new bike before he fixed all my problems with one turn of a screw!
The Hub is a good place for bike parts and rebuilt bikes and the employee's are good people.
Great community resource. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable; they have an excellent used parts selection, as well as some good new inventory. Stoked the Hub is part of Bham.
