I bought my mountain bike here 3 years ago and I just took it in for a tune up. The bike feels brand new after the tune up and rides amazing. The attention to detail was great, and the price was very reasonable. I was already very happy with my bike, and this experience has made me a firm believer in Kona.
Guy talked for 10 minutes, then said sorry he can’t do test rides because they close in ten minutes. Went on Craigslist and bought a like new custom bike for $2500. Good job dude! Loser.
These guys not only have excellent bikes, they also provide excellent service. We showed up not knowing we needed an appointment, but these guys helped us anyway while simultaneously extinguishing a fire behind their building. The next time we need new bikes it's highly likely that we will be getting Konas.
