We had a great experience. Staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. Plenty of parking, great breakfast in the morning. We had a room with a queen bed, fridge and microwave, tv, table with chairs and couch. Nice size room on the first floor. Worth the price and that's why I always choose Best Western.
Poor service. I originally made reservation for 2 weeks(as a Best Western Member) as I had to stay there for my work. I made another reservation for additional week(via rhird party website) and wished to stay in same room. The lady in the front desk didnot bother to listen to my problem. I had to change room 5AM in the morning(due to my work schedule), and she didnot let me change room the night before(Which would have saved me a lot of trouble). Never going to stay in Best Western.nBtw, I am back to Walla Walla aagain after Labor day and staying at Quality Inn which is way better than Best Western in terms of quality and cost.
Had a great experience at the BW+. The team was friendly, the fitness room was great, and the rooms were comfortable. The walls are a bit thin, at times you can hear the other guests in the hallway. But overall, the location suited our visit, and we'd stay there again.
Nice location. Clean rooms well appointed. Good breakfast and well done amid covid restrictions. Ample parking, good for big rigs and trailers.
Good location to downtown. Hot breakfast served by staff personnel. Everyone wearing masks. 48 hours between use of each room. No swimming in pool.
