What a wonderful experience our stay at the Marcus Whitman has been. Jonathan and his staff are extremely kind, generous and accommodating. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with huge smiles and warm vibes. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting walla walla. It’s in the perfect location and has every accommodation that you will need. 5 stars all around!!!!
Beautiful historic hotel right smack in the middle of town. Can walk anywhere. Rooms are clean and have everything you need except a microwave. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They're doing their best to manage social distancing in the restaurant & bar. Breakfast isn't much, dinner offering were hit & miss. The burger was very good.
Probably the only high end hotel in Walla Walla. An old hotel but has quite a majestic vibe. We traveled during Covid-19 period so a lot of limitations on what is available. Room is OK but toilet, room etc. is just old. Price point is good if you can get a special. Staff was just meh...nJust did the standard hello and check-in. Quite cold in demeanor to be honest. Location is very convenient to downtown Walla Walla and walkable to many tasting rooms and restaurants on Main Street. Location helps them to get an extra star
We love it here! The staff is always friendly. The rooms comfortable and clean. It's old but feels majestic and full of history. Love the fruit infused water in the lobby and the breakfast. It's also so close to many tasting rooms and cute shops. No need to drive. Plus free parking! We come every summer now and always look forward to our time here.
Wonderful hotel with tons of character. My friend selected this one. We stayed in the original tower. The staff were very professional, hotel was beautiful, room was spacious and cozy, and their wine is really good! Very happy with this visit and I will select it on my next trip into town. An absolute gem. Oh and walking distance to the downtown stores and tasting rooms. Free parking.
