Customer service was excellent, the manager is very friendly and demonstrates a professional demeanor, while providing individualized service. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! The water stayed hot .... It was fabulous!

Great accommodations and great staff. I left my jeans my T-shirt there a week ago and they were more than willing to send it to me as soon as they could. Super appreciated.

I really like this hotel, but the walls are so thin I could hear my neighbor snoring! Very clean, will be back.

We were staying there for the 4th of July because the hotel is on the edge of town and the fireworks would be less in the area. My husband is a Veteran with anxiety and the noise from fireworks can cause stress so rather than dampen out neighbor's patriotism, we find other accommodations for the night. Check in was fine, our room was nice but shortly after dark, my husband realized he had forgotten his evening medication. Since we live right in town, I ran home to get it and he stayed at the hotel. He kept our room key because he was going to step out to smoke and when I returned, i could just knock on our room door and he would be back in by then and could let me in. Well, it did not work out that way. Apparently, the hotel is short staffed. They lock the lobby door at night and have no staff on sight after a certain time at night and do not return until morning. This was not disclosed to us. There was no way for me to call our room to let my husband know that I was locked out since no employee was there to put my call through to our room. There was absolutely no one, not even an answering service to answer any call. The only way I got in was because a family that was staying there too happened to arrive with a key. We tried one access door and it did not work. Luckily the only other one did and we all gained access. What would we all have done if it did not work? No one was there to answer a phone call. Had any of this been disclosed to us when we checked in, I would have requested a second key.why would I have ever thought that the hotel lobby would be completely unmanned and doors locked at 11 PM? Is that even legal? Well, needless to say, but I will say it anyway, I will probably not patronize them in the future. I understand being short staffed, but wow! Something should have been said to every guest upon check-in, especially for a Saturday night that was a holiday that people are out late to enjoy festivities. Give people a heads up so the know what they need to do and can make the adjustments they need to. I would have got an extra key for the just in case scenario. The whole experience blows my mind.

Poor service.nnCheck in experience was not good. The front desk staff was smoking out under the portico and appeared very disinterested in coming in to get me checked in. When he (slowly) did come in, he made several mistakes (without apology).nnThe next morning, I tries to check out at 7:45 am. I waited 45 minutes at the front desk and no one showed up. I rang the bell—no response. I called the front desk (from my cell) while standing at the front desk—no answer. I phoned Comfort Inn’s Customer service phone number, waited on hold and it hung up on me after a 30 minute wait.nnSo disappointed as I’ve been a loyal customer of this chain for a decade.
