Long overdue review. Stayed in July for an anniversary wine tasting trip. The staff here are wonderful! They were so helpful and kind, even left us a sweet anniversary card! Great location and they also will give you a ride if you need one after wine tasting! Very clean and comfortable hotel.
The General Manager Baily was extraordinary. Went above and beyond. It was a refreshing change of pace to get such great service with all the extra cleaning and mask protocols. Hotel was very clean. Absolutely would stay here again!
Nice hotel, excellent staff. The manager was super helpful and attentive to us. The hotel is clean and our room was updated and spacious. The location is great with easy access to stores, restaurants, and the downtown area. The morning coffee was actually very good, which is not the norm in a hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here if your traveling to the area.
Spacious room, still serving a quality breakfast; just wish hotel was within walking distance to downtown. Similar to another post from earlier, our bathroom sink wasn't draining, put in a maintenance request, said they fixed it & actually seemed worse. Friendly staff!
The staff here was very friendly and everything seemed clean. There were a few things that disappointed me. The bathroom sink in our room wouldn't drain all the way. We put in a maintenance request and were told it had been fixed when clearly it wasn't. The fitted sheet on the bed did NOT fit. It came off all night long. Again, we requested to have it changed, which they said they did, but they either only have ill-fitting sheets for their beds or they lied about it. The bathroom floor and wall did not look very clean to me. Very little storage to unpack your suitcase. Only saw three staff wearing masks the whole time we were there. Most were not--none of the cleaning people who go IN your room wore masks. I know hotels are cutting corners right now because of Covid, but I would rather they are up front about things that can't be changed rather than saying they did something they didn't actually do. Other positives were the grab-n-go breakfast offered--very generous and lots of options, and our room was spacious and comfortable.
