Awesome bike shop, super helpful.nI was near Walla Walla and my rechargeable battery died on my derailures. I didn't have a charger with me and was 300mi from home.nnI called up and Kevin was able to hook me up with a recharge. I cooled my heels for an hour at the coffee shop and was on my way.nnOn my way out even amid Covid everybody was helpful and interested that I was enjoying my time in the area and had what I needed.nnMy thanks to everybody in the shop!

Where do I begin? I have never owned a bike in my adulthood and If 2020 has taught us anything it's that bicycling is a perfect pass time for social distancing. I came to bicycle barn intimidated, not knowing a thing about bikes or really what I wanted or needed and these guys (especially Tim) were SO helpful! He steered me in the right direction, didn't try to over sell me on any products and sold me the cutest bike I've ever seen in my life that is just perfect for me! It has the smoothest ride with gears that shift effortlessly, like a hot knife through butter.nCannot wait to get out there and rack up some miles with my sons. I found high quality products. The service is very accommodating and friendly. Everyone was very knowledgeable and had provided me with the information I needed to make my own informed choices. They were all ready to answer any questions I had and made themselves available. I received a tune-up for my fixie and had purchased a few other items; everyone I dealt with was just so pleasant, personable, and I must add AWESOME!!! I left thankful for everyone I came across, as they were all so nice and helpful.

Took my mountain bike in for repair just before closing for wheel repair and a new cassette. They completed it, and it was ready the very next day. Great, friendly, and very timely service for a very fair price. I would highly recommend them.
