Excellent place to stay. Great service, very very clean. Would recommend to anyone visiting Cathlamet, WA!!!
Fantastic place to stay. Great family business where people are kind and pleasant. Unique building and location, you won't regret your average La Quinta or any other kind of chain motel.
The bldg is a throw back to the original days of Cathlamet. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
We really enjoyed our night’s stay at Hotel Cathlamet.nnIt is a very historic building. This means it’s been around a while, and it shows signs of this. The floors creak in some places and the walls can be thin in other places.nnThis didn’t bother us at all, it was a treat to stay in a clean and comfortable historic building.nnThe Staff was friendly and accommodating, check in was easy and quick. We arrived after the doors were locked so we used the call button, but there’s a phone number to call if needed too. We stayed during the week, and I suspect they’re busy time is weekends.nnContinental Breakfast was good and simple (fruits, packaged oatmeal, coffee, pop tarts (my kids were pleased), and yogurt).nnKitchen/Game room was large and inviting. Kids enjoyed PacMan, and playing on the piano.nnWe found the beds to be quite comfortable. Mattress preferences are obviously quite subjective, but we had no complaints.nnFor the price and the location, we were very pleased. It fit our needs nicely.nnWe will look forward to our next stay here.
Absolutely love this little hotel and all its creaky self. Very welcoming and would reccomend to anyone passing through for sightseeing or visiting family
