PRO BIKE+RUN North Park

I wanted to send a huge thank you to Chris in service for getting me back on the trail quickly!nnYesterday when I went to take my morning ride, I realized my dropper post was stuck in the down position. While most shops were on a two week wait (which would have put a serious damper on my fall riding season) Chris knew exactly what to do ( a quick bleed of the system) and had me out the door in 10 minutes! Thanks so much to Pro Bike + Run for getting me back out there!

Very nice. Very helpful. Didn't try to push expensive shoes. Even showed us the sales rack. Loved it.

As a lot of people may have experienced, given COVID-19 circumstances children’s bikes are tough to come by right now. I went to this store to determine the appropriate size bike for my daughter. The sales person recommended that I order a bike for my daughter’s birthday online, and had it shipped to Pro Bike+Run in North Park for assembly. I placed the order with the manufacturer and paid for it online. I contacted the store inquiring as to when the bike would be finished. The bike sales and service phones ring continuously and never get answered. I finally got someone at the front desk, and they said online sales needed to go through a regional manager. I gave them my info, and he called later that day, and stated that since it was a child’s bike it wouldn’t take long and assured me it would be built in time for her birthday. I waited 5 days and did not hear back. I tried calling 2 days before; one day before; and the day of her birthday, with no answer. I went to the store the day of her birthday and told the counter I was there to pick up the bike. After 10 minutes of them looking for the bike, it was confessed that they sold my daughter’s bike to someone else. I was furious, and my daughter was obviously disappointed. Worst of all, the only action taken by this store’s management was to contact the manufacturer to refund my money. No call to me to apologize, no offer of a discount for the inconvenience on a future purchase, no effort to bring in another bike.nnI will never shop at any of their stores again.

Awesome bike store. Great locations and the staff is great. We saw the cool electric bikes. I'm liking that.

Super friendly knowledgeable staff. Good selection of bikes on hand at all of their stores.
