Shop keeper was very thorough and informative when going over my bike, explaining performed service as well as upgrade/different options. Quick turnaround on repairs and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Middle of summer, my son breaks 3 spokes on his rear wheel. It's a specialty wheel so I had to look at the manufacturer to replace it. Of course they were out of stock and not coming in for months. Even then it would have been $68 with shipping. I took the wheel into Immel to see if it could be repaired. One day later my son is back on his bike and it only cost me $11. I can't recommend Immel enough.
