Shop keeper was very thorough and informative when going over my bike, explaining performed service as well as upgrade/different options. Quick turnaround on repairs and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Middle of summer, my son breaks 3 spokes on his rear wheel. It's a specialty wheel so I had to look at the manufacturer to replace it. Of course they were out of stock and not coming in for months. Even then it would have been $68 with shipping. I took the wheel into Immel to see if it could be repaired. One day later my son is back on his bike and it only cost me $11. I can't recommend Immel enough.

Immel Schwinn is an excellent fitness equipment dealer offering road bikes, spin bikes, airdyne, accessories, etc.nnThis store has been around for nearly 100 years. The owner and technician is an expert in repairs, and is friendly and fair with pricing. He even offers trade-ins or repairs old bikes.nnI highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for this type of equipment.
