This place seems pretty nice. They try to ensure that their tenants are decent people. They require that you have been working for a year at the same place, not be a felon, not have drug charges, along with other requirements. They don't have a lot of amenities, but there play seems to be very clean and well kept.
I've been here a few times the last couple years. Everyone here always has a smile on their face and very helpful. The park manager is a very nice and knowledgeable guy. Always a pleasure helping them out. Park is easy to find and easy to navigate once you get there. Each spot is set up very nicely.
My buddy john the plumber lives two driveways over.
Its not much to look at and with ur 1st go thru u think its gutter row as there are some messy places but the people who live there are pretty decent. Crime is very low existent and they keep a close eye on all who live there. My son and his family live there and I was worried at 1st but after a few yrs there its actually a pretty decent place.
Friends live there. It's nice and quiet place
