LOVED THIS HOTEL - SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY FOR THE EXECUTIVE SUITE!! We stayed 2-nights in the 3rd Floor Executive Suite because we saw, in the pictures, on the website, that, there was a patio to sit on and overlook the town. We were so happy when we walked in and found a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 !! Bedrooms and a HUGE Outdoor Patio overlooking everything !! It was just the 2-of us, so, we did not use the 2nd Bedroom to sleep in, but, put all the luggage etc. in it and it kept the rest of the place so neat and tidy !! ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE PATIO !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPENDING THE EXTRA MONEY FOR THE EXECUTIVE SUITE!! AND GET 3rd Floor if Possible!! The Patio made our stay so nice !! Another plus was an employee, named Michele, she was so personable and pleasant each time we needed her help!! We Really appreciated her professionalism and helpfulness !!

Nice comfortable place to stay. Rooms are updated to contemporary standards. I saw photos online. Made the place look very big. My room was nice, but had only enough room to walk around the bed. Giant mirror covering one wall was a bit odd. Minimal of any continental breakfast and minimal bare essential coffee

Workers were not consistently following COVID guidelines even though they had them posted on the front door. Mask wearing was alright (at best). With that being said, location is great, wifi was fast, small mix-up with our room was resolved painlessly and to our satisfaction, price was great, rooms were clean, and the hothub was great especially after a long day of hiking at the national parks!

I wish I can rate this hotel in negative stars. My total stay was for 2 days. First day, found so many hairs on my bed. Second day, no housekeeping service was performed when we came in the evening. Desk-clark told us she won’t be able to clean our room nor anyone else can and they did not clean the room because they were short staffed and she even forgot to mention if we need housekeeping on the second day. We had to clean our room ourselves (sweeping, get new bath towels and other items) No new bath towels or any other items were given to us. For the price I have paid for this room, the service level was super poor. Do not recommend this place. Do not fall for the less rates on hotel booking websites. This is not how you do business.

I wish I could rate them a negative star. Front counter staff was rude and could care less. First room didn't have heat and the tv didn't work. When I asked the front desk about it. He replied that he would show me how to use the remote. We did get a new room where the smoke detector had no batteries. The common areas were outdated and very dirty. The elevator was super nasty. The only bright stop was the hot tub was awesome. I would recommend this place at all.
