This is a cool little "tiny house" setup, with each accommodation as a separate unit. Very basic amenities, small fridge, microwave, hotplate. It's perfect for small families who don't need much but a big bedroom and restroom. The units are private and have cable TV and wifi. The shared outdoor area has a good gas grill, a hot tub, and dining tables under sun shades. It's a really nice little courtyard. The location is very central and not on a busy street, which is ideal.
The drawbacks are not deal breakers but should be addressed. Very low water pressure for the shower. A general lack of detailed cleaning between guests kind of makes me question all the cleaning. I've pillow had no pillowcase on it. Found lots of dirt, old chips, random stuff under furniture, etc. Some of the furniture and fixtures are kind of shoddily installed and could use repair, it's not terrible though.
All that said, we'd stay there again. Just hope some attention to the property is paid going forward.
All the amenities one could hope for, including hot tub. Clean and stylish, amazing location just a block from downtown Moab.
Great place! Very convenient, very cute, great for a family with the small kitchenette.
Great value for the price, all the amenities you would need for staying a few days. The location was great for being able to walk to several places for food and bars. It was too hot to use the hot tub but it would have been excellent was it cooler.
They don't take pets anymore. We loved staying there with pets. But can't stay there anymore.
