We were in the process of buying a mobile home from Lisa Oney and Keith Saunders for $29,000 lot 904 and we had given them a $6,000 down payment that her bank put a hold on and once it cleared she had spent the money and now our attorneys involved to get our money back. Moreover we shouldn't even had that pay half the rent when we didn't even own the mobile home yet. just watch out for scammers from Facebook or marketplace we should have looked more into this ourselves. Some people might seem like nice people then you find out they aren't. That's my opinion and my husband's. Yes there are some nice people incommunity however we haven't met many.
Some really well kept places however the ghetto appearance of others ruins the rest
Manager plays favorites. The y have a law suit against them. Not consistent one month I was allowed to have 3 car next month I could only have 2. There is 3 drivers
Lovely mobile home and Small RV park
Lost my puppy while visiting there and everyone very helpful and kind. Houses well kept by in large.
