Please allow me to do a review of Rite-Aid Pharmacy on William Penn Highway, MonroevillenI was in Dire need of a medication that I Ran out of, and had no refills, and my situation with this particular medication is critical for my everyday need, I perhaps some of you know want I am talking about when you need a medication ASAP, STAT, immediately, and I am not exaggerating my situation. Unfortunately for me I needed a prior authorization for the insurance company in order to release this medication from the pharmacy, which sometimes can take days, weeks, In total distress I called Rite-Aid Pharmacy and needed the next steps I can take in order to expedite the situation, I was in Panic Mode. Not only did the Pharmacist John take over the situation ( which is not his job) but nevertheless, he, as usual with him, calmed me down, took over completely getting everything I needed to get control of this situation, spoke to the insurance company, got the Prior Authorization, and settled this matter in only less than an hour without hesitation, no reward, Just treating me like one of the many thankful customers, whom s John the Pharmacist always put the customer First, as usual.nThank you John, Pharmacist at Rite-aid in Monroeville, on William Penn Highway, You are truly a God sent.

Clean, caring atmosphere

rite aid on route 22 in Monroeville is a very clean well-put-together store things are easy to find the sales as usual are excellent I return something with no problem because the price was not correct and everything was taken care of I'll all in all good service

Everyone is pleasant except the African American young lady who works in the Pharmacy area. She's Rude and Obnoxious on the telephone and in the drive through. Please talk with her. Thank you.
