Ben is awesome! For the most part, I’ve had pleasant experiences in this store. But I’ve had to go back twice in one week to fix a flat. They had my bike for two days during the second flat, just to slap some Gorilla tape on the hole last minute. I didn’t even ride it and the tire is already flat. What kind of bike shop doesn’t have the proper tools to seal a tire?nnOtherwise, they do great tune ups. Don’t get your tire repaired there though.

very knowledgeable bike mechanics. fix what needs to be fixed and don't create extra work. always treated honestly and fairly. quick turnaround on repair work.

My sister and I stopped in to the bike shop to see if they could help adjust her bike seat that she put on by herself. The man in the bike shop gathered his tools and helped us without an appointment. He was so nice and friendly!

I have had two separate customer interactions purchasing two high end bikes and have to say both times things didn't begin so well but Jordan (Manager) personally contacted me and in my opinion went above and beyond to fix both issues. Sometimes certain situations are just bad luck and can not be controlled by the retailer which I would say is what best describes my two situations but how a person mans up and handles it to make the customer happy in the end is what ultimately counts. I would recommend doing business with Pro Bike and Run. Especially, Jordan and Ben. Both super guys who value the idea of customer service. Ben & Jordan, I am sorry things didn't work out but I appreciate your efforts and can not say a bad word about this retailer. In the event I get another bike I will be in touch.

I walked in and informed the salesperson I was looking for a bike. The gentleman looked at me for about 6 seconds, said I have what you’re looking for upstairs and showed me what he had. It was absolutely perfect. Helped with all the features the bike had, the price was fair, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Wasn’t pushy about accessories which I already had, it genuinely seemed like he just wanted to help out. I purchased a Cannondale Treadwell 3 which is perfect for the city riding I do. Absolutely impressed with my experience. Would definitely recommend.
