Best Western Plus Lacey Inn & Suites

I'm only giving 4 stars because the lady who served the cafeteria style breakfast isn't friendly, she's dry and acts like she's being bothered. Also, in the 3 days we stayed the breakfast menu never changed even though they have a pancake making machine (first time seeing that!), waffles etc. Maybe because it's during the pandemic or maybe it's because those items are more work? Sausage, egg folded with cheese, a few pastries, boiled eggs and a fruit bowl along with juice and coffee. The menu isn't terrible but the kids look forward to pancakes and waffles or just cereal.. The pool is open for reservations, you get an hour but it starts at 4ft so my 5 and 7 year olds became better swimmers! They have a hot tub in there.They don't always have dog poop bags so bring your own. $30 pet charge per night but the non pet rooms are nicer than the pet rooms (we stayed on a separate occasion without our pet) rooms are still nice and clean, tall ceilings make a really airy room it was nice.. Front desk staff is pretty good, attentive and polite. Cookies at the front desk after hrs are bagged for a grab and go.. Nice evening snack for kids or sweet tooth. I'd recommend and will go back. If they'd change the food service staff member to a more friendly and hospitable person, I'd give 5 stars. She's the first point of contact in the morning... Not pleasant.

This was a very nice Best Western Plus. The room rate was reasonable though they did charge a higher pet fee upon arrival then others we have previously stayed at.nI was quite pleased to see an actual Keurig coffee brewer in our room rather then the standard hotel coffee maker. We liked the high ceilings and our room was sparkling. Very nice decor all around.nThe staff was nice and made sure to ask multiple times if we had everything we needed. More breakfast choices on the lighter side would have been appreciated, cereal and such, but I don’t like a heavy breakfast just out of choice. I’m sure other guests were happy with eggs and sausage. They did have great individual cut fruit bowls though which we haven’t experienced at other best westerns. That was more then enough.nWe and the pups had an enjoyable stay.

This is no joke one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The room was amazing and huge and the pool/hot tub was fabulous. The employees were helpful and friendly and the whole facility was clean

Its clean, wonderful hotel to say. Price is affordable. Wonderful staff. Dont have any more words to praise. Love it

Sydney was an amazing smiling face. The whole experience during our stay was great! The hotel was perfect/clean/safe. Because of COVID-19 the dinning area was closed, however, the food was made ahead during the breakfast times, sealed in to-go containers. It was fresh/varied and plentiful. So will stay here anytime we are in the area! Thank you for a great stay ❤ufe0f
