I had a complete overhaul of my bike by the team at SweetWater Bikes. It looks like a brand new bike. I was impressed by the attention to detail and commitment to ensuring excellence in their workmanship. The service performed was a good value for all the work they put into restoring my bike. I brought my bike in was greeted by Laura, the owner, even while she was with a vendor. I had the front derailleur replaced along with the shifting cables replaced. The attention to detail to their work and quick turnaround were excellent. I’m more than satisfied and my front detailer is shifting easily. . They even boxed up my old derailleur so that I could return it. That exceeded my expectations. The price charged for their services was very fair. Sweetwater is my go to bike shop without deviation.

Love this shop, even though it's a bit of a drive for me. It's just the right size: big enough that it has a really good selection of bikes and accessories, but not so big that it loses the personal, friendly touch which makes you feel valued as a customer. And I know that when they work on my bike and can be confident that it's high quality.

My son learning to ride his bike destroyed his pedals because he kept jumping off his bike instead of using his brakes. He also needed a kick stand. We went to SweetWater Bicycle Shop and Laura, the owner, was so nice and talked to my eight year old son and answered all his questions about everything in the store. Laura had to search for pedals to fit his bike and we got the bike back just over a week! Thank you SweetWater for making my soon once happy kid!
