DICK'S Sporting Goods

Ok, so it's taken me 4 visits to write a review, I was just giving the benefit of people having bad days, but officially will not return and and let management know how horrible and rude staff is, mainly sporting and the armory area. This is explaination of two visits. Went in to buy a elliptical, waited 20 min for someone, as they walked by. When I asked for someone, again, wasn't responded with a respectful answer. After we finally talked to someone, we decided to buy at another place. Just now, went in to buy ammo, and the guy was extremely rude, and even though ammo is hard to come by and you had what I needed, I gave them back and left. My family will not return and I know you guys will survive without my business. You would prob have more business if you had better employees. Note, it's not cause of the pandemic, cause 3 of those times were before this happened.nSincerely,nJordon

I just purchased some fishing equipment lures etc, and the older gentleman that works the fishing department is a great asset to your company. He helped me find everything I needed made me feel very comfortable I hope when I come back he's there again.

Extremely clean and organized. Product more available here than other stores.
