Took bike in for service. Fair price, delivered on time or earlier than promised. And every person there is super nice and even recognize you - even if you didn’t buy your bike there. Not sure you could want more from your local bike shop. I guess I should also comment on the process in a pandemic world - super safe, all precautions and protocols followed etc. and no touch payment was easy.

Chris at Thick Bikes always goes the extra mile to help his customers. Any time we need repairs, parts, or advice about our bikes, Chris either helps us directly or does the research and calls us back with helpful information. The shop is beautiful, the staff always helpful, and the service is thoughtful and competent. We have recommended Thick Bikes to many friends, and hope to return there for many years.

This is by far my favorite Bike shop in Pittsburgh. We all have our favorites but the staff and owner are amazing and always there to help. Their repairs and builds are amazing. If you need a new bike , a spruce up or a repair simple or overly complex, get over to bingham and let Thick get working on your bike. They are a local South Side business more than worthy of our support. I have been a customer for many years, and never once had to complain about anything. So I had to say something after so many years of just enjoying and admiring their work

Thick bikes exceeded my expectations. I brought in a used bike i bought. It needed going over for safety as well as a shifter adjustment. #1 I praise them for being safe and concerned for their customers safety by making customers wait in the parking lot until they can be serviced. They repaired my bike in one day. Their rates are impressive. I was able to pay my bill safely on line. They have a separate designated spot in their parking lot for customer pick-up. I text them when I arrived and they brought my bike out to me. Yes, I recommend them. Yes I will use their services again.
