REI

I love the outdoors so REI is like an amusement park for me. The staff is super nice and helpful. They are all lovers of outdoor sports too so they can actually help you with the products they sell. This store has a great garage sale section. This is their used/returned items. They have this section because of their amazing return policy which is 1 year for any reason. Must become a member to buy the garage sale stuff but that is a one time $20 fee that you can usually get a $20 gift card when you join (so free). If you're into kayaking, biking, hiking, camping or just need a nice winter jacket or some good running shoes REI is a must.

Awesome store whatever you want for camping, exercise, indoor or outdoor activities. Isaac helped me with shoes and he was great.

Was heading out of Pittsburgh to ride the GAP trail to DC. Forgot some stuff back in New York and last minute had to order from REI online. Got to the store a little bit after 915 knowing that they opened at 10, but hoping I might be able to get my stuff out earlier than that.nnThe guy who open the store, I believe his name was Tony, got there a little after I got did and went in and got my online order to me before 930 and I was able to get out on the trail shortly there after.. Had been worried I wouldn’t have been to get on the trail 1030, waiting for my order.nnFolks there couldn’t nicer or more helpful.

JILL, was eager to help me pick out a backpack carrier even when I interrupted her coffee break. She showed me all the features and one in particular that I would have missed. She explained the membership in detail along with its promotions on what seemed like a pleasant conversation rather than a sales pitch. Thanks for making my experience, I asked for directions and got so much more! I owe you a cup of coffee Jill see you soon :)
