CVS

Went in for covid testing and they abruptly cancelled all the appointments for the day because of their 'truck' being parked at the entrance. Learn to value a human life rather than worrying about your damn truck. And the lady inside was getting vexed for asking questions. Shameless. Another appointment will take another week for me to wait.

Stood in line for 10 minutes at window designated as 'Flu Shot', as another customer waited at the 'Consultation' window we both watched an employee restock meds scattered over both counters, not once looking up to acknowledge either of us. While there a I witnessed 2 people get flu shots. After the customers waiting in line to pick up prescriptions, I moved to that line waited for the clerk to acknowledge me, who then sent me back to the Flu Shot window, were I met her and she informed me it would be a 45 minute wait, because they needed to get caught up. Not a 10, 15 or 20 minute wait. When I asked what time did they stop giving flu shot, I was told the store closes at 8 pm and they stopped giving shots at 7 pm it was about 4:45 pm when this conversation took place. Tried to call to make an appointment to try and expedite this process and no one answered the phone for 10 minutes. While I understand that between COVID 19 testing and free flu shots, they may be somewhat overwhelmed, but what happened to customer service. Won't be going back, will try a different location. One of the reasons I have my medicins delivered by mail. SORRY!!!!

CVS was great. It's always a bit expensive but it has everything that I need.

I was recently off work from a injury sustained @ work and when my husband picked up the Rx the med ctr prescribed for me, included in with the Rx was a get well card & gift card from the pharmacy staff. It was such a sweet thing to do! The staff @ the pharmacy has always been very thoughtful and Chad is my go to pharmacist there, he reminds me a lot of the pharmacists I work with daily @ my job. He is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. Always smiling when I see him too.

The store on FRANKSTOWN Road is perhaps the worst run store of any kind that I have been in. They are understaffed, refuse to accept phone calls and ignore customers inside the store. I have tried to call for over an hour with no success. If you do get thru I have been on hold for 45 minutes until I hung up. I have watched them stand there and just laugh when the phone ring. I finally got thru to the store manager and he said he knows they ignore people but that's not his responsibility. I have used others that are fine but I guess payroll control has something to do with someone's bonus. The district manager is named B.J. not sure if this is his real name but not many adults named that. Fire them all and give the job to someone who wants to work. I know it's hard for them to count to 30. I can get some 5th graders to help. Avoid at any cost. They are the most expensive pharmacy in the area
