Clean and quiet. Friendly staff.
Almost impossible to get clean linens because the house keepers didn't speak english. Asked the desk for these things and not a lot of help. Carpet old and frayed with nails sticking out. Nails sticking out of plastic trim and one stuck in my elbow pretty good while moving suitcases out of room. Reported to front desk and showed no concern about it. I absolutely will never stay here again.
Good service, good room. They accidentally put us in a room the previous occupant had smoked in, and it smelled like it. There was a cigarette hole in the comforter of the bed nearest the door. That guest must have been so rude and careless. They were quick to put us in a new room, and it was much better. The carpets in the halls need some work.
The staff are friendly and accomodating, but the corporate COVID measures are unacceptable. They claim pool and hot tub as well as continental breakfast have been hindered by state law but we have stayed elsewhere in Western WA that were not closed in pool/hot tub. They charge full price for rooms despite not offering true continental breakfast and any amenities advertised. I enjoyed them tremendously pre-COVID but now unless this is changed I'm not likely to return. :(
Reasonable price. Needed a place to stay when our escrow was extended a day. Missed the breakfast bar due to wujan virus restrictions.
