For a last minute booking they were super accommodating. We got a room with 2 queen beds. The room was big enough for us to put our daughter's travel bassinet in. The staff was super helpful and courteous. We will be staying here again
Staff was GREAT. Room - adequate. Price - great for our budget. The grounds reflect that there is a high traffic of non-paying visitors to the property. It was hard to identify a designated pet area. OK when you need a room for the night, but not comfortable for taking a walk in the area.
Blood spray on walls from junkies. Black mold on 95% of ceilings. Water beattles. Probably bed bugs. No elevator for a 3 story building. Needs condemned
Unbelievable hotel!! My 60 year old mother had her car towed away during the early hours prior to checkout. They told her to call Howard’s Towing in Olympia to get her vehicle back, in which she had to pay $271. Not even an apology from the front desk hotel clerk, and on top of it she refused to give contact information of manager/owner so my mother could file a complaint. Apparently, they don’t take the time to review vehicle information provided at check-in before having your vehicle towed away! Even the officer that was requested to the scene said he would speak on her behalf if she decided to take legal action. How is this place still open??!!!
Doable, but not the best spot, cracks in tub, water in shower luke warn, smell, cigarette burns in blanket, smell throughout hotel. Pictures as advertised is not what is presented.. but its Doable if your not picky and just want somewhere to stay for the night, close to restaurants
