A very safe and clean neighborhood. A sense of community, but with privacy. Close to I5, Costco, Fred Meyer, Home Depot, and lots of restaurants. 55+
A beautiful mobile home park for seniors. Very clean and safe.
We moved here from New Jersey 5 months ago, November 2015, and absolutely love it! Had looked at about 8 manufactured home parks in the area from Federal Way to Shelton but this one was clearly head and shoulders above the rest. It is a gated community amidst the PNW pines at the end of a street which gives it privacy while being right off main roads like Capitol Way and I-5. Has a woodsy feel even though just about anything you might want is only about 5 minutes away. The properties are meticulously maintained and the residents are very friendly and helpful. We are home.
Lovely, quiet, clean senior community
My parents live here. If you're looking for a quiet place to retire, literally, it is close enough to shopping districts and schools. Winter can make access a little trying though.
