I was very impressed with the staff. They were all super helpful and great attitudes even when my requests seem to pile up. The whole stay really exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to my family
Great employees with great customer service but breakfast not so great
This is a pretty nice place to get a good night rest. Jane is so wonderful. If you get the pleasure to work with her, she will truly provide outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond. She is very thoughtful and kind. The location is safe and very pretty as well. I had a room on the first floor, and felt very safe even with my window open at night. They have cameras everywhere, and the location is close to everything, yet far enough away from the busy street that you forget you're even in town. I would come back here again.
The free breakfast was the only thing good about this place. Room prices are expensive for a small box with zero amenities. Staff was friendly, only reason why not giving this place one star.
I work here and love it. The owners are very involved. Very understanding. And completely fair.
