We stayed 5 nights at the Holiday Inn Express in Lacey, WA and had a great experience. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, everything looked and felt clean, the rooms looked new or recently updated, the small fitness center and pool were both nice, the free hot breakfast was a nice bonus, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. It felt like we were staying at a 4 star hotel for a fraction of the price.
Very nice clean rooms. The customer service was outstanding. Staff at the front desk were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The exterior of the hotel is well kept with beautiful landscaping. We will most definitely stay here again when visiting our family.
Beautiful rooms, incredibly friendly staff, late checkouts offered as late as 2 pm, and snacks you can buy in the lobby. Top notch place. Will probably stay here again.
Nice rooms but someone came into my room and used the second bed when i left for a few hours
Clean and calm. Lots of signs up for practising social distances.
