Very messy looking, even for mobile homes. Rubbish everywhere, felt creeped out.
The residents at Coach Post are quite friendly. I don't live here but I visit friends who are very nice, and they get along nicely with their neighbors. That means a lot to me.
Rent is rather high for those in RV's..restrooms/showers, laundry room not very clean/inviting. They do have new locking mailboxes at the front entrance. There is school bus pickup at this location, but not kid friendly, no playground.
Poor management strategy.nNo night lights.
It is closed to the freeway, close to town and is on a byline.
